Ruth: "Mom, why do birds have feathers?"Mom: "So they can fly."
Ruth: "Why do birds fly?"
Mom: "Ummmm.... Dad? Why do birds fly?"
Dad: "So they can...umm...."
Ruth: "So they can get away from the wild animals?"
Mom: "Yes! Good job! So why don't people fly?"
Ruth: "Because they just use their cars."
