Wii got a Wii

Well wii got our tax return deposited in our account a few days ago. Wii had been talking about getting a Wii but wii hadn't decided for sure. Wii were on our way out the door to spend some of our return on a muchly needed set of dresser drawers and Jonesy decided to call Best Buy and see if they happened to have any Wiis in stock (wii had heard about so many people trying to get one and not having any luck because stores were out). It just so happened that Best Buy had JUST received a shipment of 12 wiis and if wii wanted one wii better hurry down and get one. So wii did. And wii love it. Wii decided to sign up for Gamefly (like netflix but with games) because wii now have three gaming systems (Wii, Xbox360, and NintendoDS) and wii don't want to spend a ton on buying games that wii'll play for a couple weeks then be done with them. Wii have Go Diego Go: Safari Rescue and Mario Party 8 on their way right now. So now, since wii have so much time on our hands (sense the sarcasm), wii can spend our days and nights with our wii for family fun entertainment!

My Husband is Hot!

Okay so I didn't officially get tagged, but Rachel said she tagged anyone who wants to do it... so I'm doing it.. this is a survey about my husband:

1. What is his name? Michael (don't call him Mike, but you can call him Jones). I call him Jonesy

2. How long have you been married? it will be 5 years on May 2

3. How long did you date? Well...Our first date was on October 23, 2002 and we got married May 2, 2003 so I guess it was a little over 6 months. And no, we weren't rushing it.. we were in love.. why wait?

4. How old is he? 29 (will be 30 in May!!)

5. Who eats more? It depends on what. I eat more chocolate. Jonesy eats more raw meat, fish and sushi.

6. Who said I love you first? Jonesy did.

7. Who is smarter? Jonesy is in most things. He knows a lot more about anything to do with theatre, construction, math, computers and diaper changes. But I help him out with spelling and when to use an apostrophe.

8. Whose temper is worse? Jonesy's is by far. I don't really have a temper.

9. Who does the laundry? Um... nobody? Okay I do it when it's absolutely necessary (but I have to be threatened first).

11. Who sleeps on the right side of the bed? We don't really have specific sides. We'll spend a couple months with him on right and me on left, then we'll switch. It keeps things interesting.

12. Who pays the bills? Me.

13. Who cooks dinner? I do most of the time. Except when I'm pregnant.. then Jonesy has to. He's not a bad cook either.

14. Who drives when you are together? It depends on the situation. If we leave together, Jonesy drives. If I am picking him up from work or something, I drive. Long trips Jonesy insists on driving, but when I notice his eyes closed for more than a second I take over.

15. Who is more stubborn? We are both pretty stubborn, but I usually last longer (and then feel bad about it (but not enough to do anything about it)).

16. Whose parents do you see the most? Mine now that they've moved closer to us. We used to see them both on the same trip when they lived by eachother.

17. Who proposed? Jonesy did on Feburary 13th at the top of the outdoor amphitheater on USU campus. He couldn't wait until Valentines day.

18. Who has more friends? Me, but I share them.

19. Who has more siblings? I do. I have 4 official siblings (two brothers, two sisters) and 2 unofficial siblings (my parents adopted my cousin and they have full custody of my niece). Jonesy has 3 sisters.

Book A Month Club

Holy crap, Jones posts!

So, our friend Anali wrote in her blog about this thing called the Book of The Month Club. Basically, every month they pick a theme and you read a book about within that theme. Then you write a review about that book. Since Havilah and I like to read, and I would like to expand my reading experience beyond Fantasy and Sci-Fi, (not that there's anything wrong with that) I figured I'd sign us up. So, if we somehow overcome the fact that I will be uber busy next semester without much time for reading, AND the fact that I read 1 millions time faster than Havilah, hopefully you'll see a joint he said/she said book review from us every month. Or we'll fail miserably, and you can mock us for it.
